Well here we are at 14 weeks, and nothing but a stuffy nose and fatigue to plague me. And Galen. Which would be his finger in my face while I'm typing this. *laughs* We're waiting on the house still, but not the first one. We've found a better one behind Van Mall that we wouldn't have to remodel at all. Straight move in. The HoA dues are less, it's prettier, has a bigger bathroom and a garage! So keep those fingers crossed. Still. Though the impression that we got is the sellers are eager to get rid of the house, and have had bids before so we aren't the first to move paperwork through the bank. Supposedly this will make the transaction quicker. Time will tell.
